We offer A5-grade Matsusaka beef and specially selected Japanese Black Wagyu beef from Mie Prefecture.We are particular about our cooking method, slowly cooking the meat at a low temperature and then grilling it to a fragrant crispness before serving.

The live lobsters delivered daily from the market are incredibly fresh! We prepare them with a simple roast to order.
